No reception

I have had no reception for over 24 hrs. Post code checker says no issues & the chat bot doesn't help. How can I resolve?

 

Post codes have been CF64 & HP18. I normally have signal in these areas

Is your SIM connected to the network?

How many bars of coverage are you currently gettings?

Have you put your postcodes into this network status checker page?

http://www.three.co.uk/support/network_and_coverage/network_support

The two areas mentioned might be affected by three’s 5G ‘big-build’ project.
