No matter what setting i chance, clear cache,disable rcs, restart phone etc. I'm unable to receive text messages from ebay.
I can receive them.from.my other phone no problem.
What's going on?
It's only since I've switched to IDmobile and also transfered my number.
The number displayed in the messages app is my number.
The number that was displayed in rcs was the wrong number and now shows the correct one.
+26Not sure eBay would use RCS to send verification code SMS text messages to the phone with your iD SIM,
Are eBay using the correct mobile number?
Is the eBay code sent as a push notification to your device, or as an SMS text message?

Are you able to receive other OTP messages from other businesses bank etc?
Please double check the number with eBay and we can PM you if required.

I'm not sure as ebay is the only one so far that I've had to authenticate.
And yes my ebay phone number is the same.
