reefer a friend voucher


I got an email to claim my refer a friend reward but all it does is takes me to...

...which doesn't give me any option to see or do anything to claim it!

 

What do u do to claim the reward?

Hi. Yes I still have the problem. The chat just says.…

Rewards for referrals made after 23rd April 2024 will be confirmed as soon as it meets the conditions of a successful referral and your friend or family member has fully paid two bills. This can take up to 120 days. You can check the progress of your reward by logging in here.

 

If you still need help, please log into the Aklamio portal using the link above and simply press the 'Need Help?' icon in the bottom right corner of your screen.

 

...but when I take the link there is no 'Need help' icon so I still can't get anywhere!

 

I just need the proper instructions and/or a link to the working page to claim my reward....I don't know why it's so difficult as I got the email but the link from that just takes me to the refer a friend page but no sign of any way to actually claim it!!!

This is exactly the same problem I’m having too with claiming the Refer a Friend reward. Did you manage to resolve it? If so would you mind giving me some pointers please!
