Hey @Barney Wrobel,

This is caused by cookies.

Try Incognito or private browsing window and this should work.

Sometimes signing out of Community before going onto the site will also work.

I’m having the same issue as the original poster (spluff). the link is not working, and not giving the opportunity to enter the new account number. Any recommendations?

Hi @Jeffers,

Have you logged into the refer a friend portal?

Does it give you any information regarding your referral and if you have been sent the gift card?

It may also be worth checking your junk/spam.

If you don’t have anything, please let us know and we will escalate this to be looked into.
