Hello, I am due a refund as I have paid for 2 full months of service but haven't received 2 full months due to cancelling my contract. I have made the mistake of cancelling my direct debit, so how do I get my refund?

Okay @Joe Barney, try speaking to iD customer service through their social media pages, which is what I did in this situation.

Get in-touch using facebook (using Messenger), or Twitter (by Direct Message - DM). 

The social media team sorted things out usings a BACS refund in my case - good luck @Joe Barney.

How was it the contract was cancelled? Were you out of contract at the time of cancellation?
