I have noticed that 0333 numbers work fine if wifi calling is switched off or not available but fail with a message ‘your service does not allow this call’ type of message when using wifi calling.

Perhaps it’s a network problem, @everlevel

Your 0333 calls would probably be routed differently, depending on whether you were using the mobile network, or a Wi-Fi network with the iD WiFi Calling service.

Hi @everlevel,

Welcome to the Community!

Are you having any issues with any other numbers?

If it’s a specific number it may be that WiFi calling isn’t allowed with that number.

No only 0333 numbers and of cause its a voip service failure but the contract is to supply calls on a account regardless of media.

@everlevel,

Can you please try the SIM in a different handset and check if you can call the number?

I’ll have to find someone who has a spare handset. May take sometime.
