Still saying “sorry your details do not match our records”

I’ve tried everything and it is still not letting me log in to my account it just says “sorry your details do not match our records”. I’ve only got 1 email so can’t be any other and all the details are right it’s either my date of birth or my dads so I’ve tried both and still not working I need help now!!!

I’m going to be leaving in feb when I’m due a upgrade unless I can login into to change my contract price and stuff you guys have been ripping me off for months nearly 60 pounds a month for a 14 pro. And now you tell me my details don’t match your records and I don’t exist what a way to treat a customer of 8 years
