I’m trying to port my no to a new provider but was getting the message that the PAC code had expire or was invalid (it was still in date). I had not cancelled my plan. Tried the live chat but keep getting kicked out. By this point my PAC code has expired! When I try and request a new one I get an error message. Please help - I am losing the will to live!

If your PAC code is close to expiring, we may not accept it, please try to request a fresh PAC code from your previous provider and then use it on the iD Mobile port form.
