why after ive upgade to a monthy phone am i still getting billed for sim only ive upgrade surely im not paying for 2 plans

You might be paying for two plans if you didn’t upgrade correctly.
The correct upgrade process is explained in the “Pay monthly upgrades: Everything you need to know” and “How do I upgrade my phone online?” community articles - anyway, good luck.
