voicemail Messages

I have just moved from O2

My voice mails do not appear automatically on. my Iphone “voicemails “

I do get voicemail text alerts,

but  now i have to call a mailbox and wade through the system reading out the number for every message.. i just wanted to ask why it’s different, is it because it was o2 before and it’s a network thing? Or have i missed something when setting up new phone?

O2 offers Visual Voicemail, Three does not (iD Mobile uses the THREE network).

Visual Voicemail is supported by several UK networks as of 2025. EE, O2, Vodafone, and Sky Mobile offer this feature on select handsets, primarily on iPhones, though some MVNOs like Sky Mobile also support it on certain Android devices.

    I can only give the same answer as ​@WelshPaul above, unfortunately we do not currently support visual voicemail, sorry.
