When I try to buy a new plan on either the mobile app or the website, there is an error, the payment is not taken and I get sent back to the Choose a Plan Confirm page.

I have tried with several cards and the same thing happens, so I am not able to buy any plans at the moment.

Please can someone at ID mobile check my account and let me know why it is not working?

Please ensure that the details used when purchasing (Name, address etc) match that of the bank account you’re using.

 

If issues still occur, it may be worth contacting the sales team on 0207 1391 397.
