There is a problem in angus and tayside about 15 of us with id network have bo network the problem is your side please fix this been like this since yesterday

Three UK operate and maintain the network. iD Mobile are simply a MVNO using Three’s infrastructure.

Hi,

I'm an iD Mobile customer and I've been having a problem for a while. A lot of people try to call me, but they get a message saying I’m “out of coverage,” even though my phone is on and I’m in an area with signal.

This keeps happening and I miss most of my calls. I tried restarting the phone, removing and reinserting the SIM, and changing the network settings, but nothing worked.

Can you please help me check if there’s a problem with the network in my area or with the SIM card?
