Not receiving any texts messages

I’ve been with ID since April this year and have only recently not been able to send or receive any texts messages (iPhone). When prompted to put in my mobile number to create an account to post this query, it said that my details don’t match any that they had. How can this be resolved?

When you go into your phone settings, is your correct phone number showing?

 

Is the issue only texting?
