I have the same issue - according to 3 website and ID mobile there’s an issue at the postcode - what I can’t an answer to is how long and what they’re going to do about it as my 86 year old mother can’t ring me 😡

​@PP19  Hello I've replied to you other post on the subject. The bottom line is while 3 has acknowledged a problem in your area we have to rely on them to carry out the work to resume service. Unless they (3) have posted a time frame to when this may be resolved there not much that IDMobile can do for now.

Do you have WiFi at your location and do you know if you phone supports Wi-Fi Calling? If so you can use your phone on WiFi for the time being. 

Wi-Fi Calling is a service that lets you make and receive calls using a Wi-Fi network. Indoor blackspots can stop you from getting connected, but with Wi-Fi Calling, that's not a problem. It gives you clearer calls in more places than ever before.

Thanks Joe apparently the 3 website is out for date and they’ve not bothered to refresh it 

my issue is I can’t get calls coming in - in particular an elderly mother trying to get hold of me and the hospital- will me having WiFi help that ? 

​@PP19  Yes if your phone has the ability for Wi-Fi Calling and you have WiFi. If  your not to sure use the link in my previous post to you and enter your phone model in the search, of search on Google ie Samsung S267 does it support Wi-Fi Calling. You can also reply back here with you phones mod3 detail's if that helps.
