wifi calling stopped working on both iphones

A couple of days ago noticed both mine and my wife’s iPhones SE were no longer showing ‘wifi calling’ on screen and not able to make it receive calls through wifi calling. Tried rebooting phone, toggling wifi calling in settings and restarting BT router. No change. Suggestions welcomed. As both phones have stopped working at the same time suspect there is a common cause

@Dadofthree Goto settings - General - About - and you should be prompted to do a carrier update. Allow the update and if you check by network provider it should show iD 64.2 if it’s updated.

That should fix your WiFi calling issues.

There was an issue, but I believe this was resolved with an update. Are your phones running on the latest software update?

Please can you try a reboot on them?
