I ordered the sim car last week and so far I haven’t received it. I haven’t even got an email saying that the card has been despatched. Moreover the network switch was done yesterday leaving me without an active phone number. There isn’t a way to track the order. What am I supposed to do?
I can’t even go to the live chat as I have to enter a mobile number to send a verification code!!
how can I speak to customer service to sort it out on way or another?
