I have activated a replacement SIM and received message ‘Your new SIM card is now active. You can ow start to use your minutes….etc’. But no service at all. Just says ‘Searching’ and not able to do anything. What’s going on?

Hi @Barbara HF,

I am sorry to hear about that, please can you restart your device to see if this helps? Also, was your previous SIM card reported as lost/stolen? If so, the services may still be restricted.
