ID Mobile cancelled my order for a sim only contract as a result of a failed credit check. This despite me having a score of 999/1000 on Experian and 904/1000 on Equifax. ID say try again in 3 months and the credit checking agencies are not able to help. Can someone explain this ridiculous decision?

There are other reasons
But being as it’s a SIM only deal you could always opt for a rolling month SIM only deal. Granted they don’t get the bigger bonuses as their 12/24 month ones. Then after 6 months you can upgrade to a 12/24 month contract.
And its not for me to say they don’t do a deep dive credit check when upgrading once you’ve got 6 months under your belt….😏
