Requested a monthly plan, no reply


Hi! I’ve requested to switch from Lebara to id Mobile via PAC and I’ve linked the bank account to id mobile, but apparently I’ve not received via mail any information… how do I know “where” is my number? Is ID mobile doing the switch or not? Is there any customer support? Thanks.

You will receive an email when the order is processed within 24-48hrs. Check your spam/trash folder just incase.

Ok, thanks Mzone I did not know and since I wasn’t receiving any mail I did the process twice, but now I ordered 2 SIMs, how can I block 1 of 2 SIMs (hopefully without paying)?
