transaction number

I don`t have welcome Id email and I can`t find transaction number.. Could you please help? I want to keep my old number.

You can give your PAC to the iD customer advisers using the iD Live Chat service, without needing a transaction number, @Mary22.

The advisers should also be able to provide your transaction number if required.
