PAC code expired and contract already cancelled, need a new PAC code

Hi,
 

I want to port my ID number to some other carrier but when i put the PAC Code it is already expired and I can’t request new one as my SIM is already disconnected so I cannot call or text. I need a PAC code urgently.

 

Can you help me with it please.

Hi @Areeb 

 

If a PAC code is not used the account would remain activated unless another PAC is requested and the number is ported out or a 30-day disconnection is logged instead of a PAC request.

Please can you confirm if you have requested a 30-day disconnection?

Hi @Areeb,

Unfortunately once a standard disconnection has happened, the PAC code will no longer work and the number is lost.

Was your disconnection as a result of an order return or did you just come to the end of your plan?
