I’ve chosen a phone for my upgrade last week and completed everything on the app and it said everything has gone through yet I still have yet to receive my confirmation email or anything. I figured this was because the phone was on pre order?
The upgrade I chose was a Black Friday deal to the google pixel 9pro at £36.99 a month and upfront cost of £9 of that helps.
