Can’t make or receive phone calls

Hi @wenyuzang,We are sorry to hear this and we will need to ask a few questions to get this looked into.Are you able to send and receive text messages?Also could you please try the SIM card inside a different handset and let us know if this makes any difference to the issues?When you insert the iD Mobile SIM into the handset do you get any coverage bars or are you able to use data without any issues?Could you please try inserting the SIM card into the handset and manually selecting the network through your network setting? To do this access your network settings and turn off ‘Automatically select network’ from there manually select the iD Mobile network. KashiD Mobile

Pixel 5 Wifi calling not working

Hi @furyzetec,Sorry to hear about this. We have a few things that we may require you to try so that we can get this working.Firstly Go to Settings > Phone > Wi-Fi Calling and make sure that Wi-Fi Calling is on. Restart your iPhone.If the above doesn’t make any difference Go to Settings > General > Reset and tap Reset Network Settings.It may also be worth testing the SIM in another handset that supports Wifi Calling and also try to connect to another WiFi network as some networks may not allow or fully support WiFi calling. Let us know how you get on with the above and we will advise further. Kash

sim card activation

If you have upgraded or been provided a replacement SIM please visit the link below: https://my.idmobile.co.uk/web/cpw/sim-swapIf this doesn’t work could you please try the below:Put your phone into flight mode, leave it for 30 seconds, then disable flight mode. Check that the SIM card is inserted correctly. Restart your device. Turn off your device, remove SIM, and clean it using a micro-fibre cloth. Then re-insert it and try again. If you are still having issues please drop us a PM and we can help you out. Kash

problems sending texts

Hi @jdavies, Sorry to hear about the problems with sending text messages. The first thing to try is resetting your network settings in the settings app.If this doesn’t work please could you try logging out of your iMessage restarting the handset and logging back in.Let us know how you get on with these and we will assist you further. Kash
