Bill needs paying urgently

You sent me an email asking me to pay £20.52 but I can’t get into my account, having forgotten my password. I tried ti change it but when I do you are sending the code to my iD phone which is broken. I am now on Vodafone. Why can you not email the code to the same number that you sent the bil which os 07435315668.

I rang ID as soon as it stopped working and they just told me to go to Carphone Warehouse despite me telling them that I couldn’t go.

Small Phones (not screen size, the actual phone)

I use the internet and at present I am using my old iPhonse SE which fits easily in my pockets. Bigger phones do not. I phone people, text and use email and Siri.

I always had Huawei phones - they're great, apart from one Samsung which I hated. I then changed to iPhone and it's the best phone I've ever had. I will always use iPhones now.
