how to stop unwanted texts

This entire help page is a nightmare! I got so much info in the first page I went to I forgot where I was ! Answers are out of date, some 4yrs old so links don't work. Truing yo use filters gives you hundreds of options. How is this helpful to navigate? Seriously I'd, get this organised better. I don't want to get into badges a d crap  I'm a grownup and font need to join a club. I just want an answer to a simple question but I'm being bombarded by unhelpful heaps of info instead. Anyone want to tackle this help pprocess is a hero. it's so dense with nonsense I would throw it out and start again. Can anyone just tell me if id mobile can help me stop getting unwanted text messages or not. My phone helpline is just as complicated. They want me to download more of their  apps and get me on a free trial to justask. I mean, what's up eith all if you expert's. Don't you want to help us without putting customers through a marathon every time we need you? It's beyond a joke folks.Time to  start

identifying on my bill which debit/credit card i use to pay

i have more than one debit/credit  card which i use to pay my mobile phone bill. i would like to suggest that the phone bill identifies which card number is being used to pay each month. i do not have access to the statements of one of the cards i sometimes use else i would just check my bank statements myself to find out which card was used. the addition of the card number on the bill would greatly assist in keeping track of my finances and i wonder if other customers feel likewise.kmac36

Which card is being used to pay my bill?

I have two issues:I have more than one card with which to pay my bill but as there is no information from iD regarding the card used, it makes it harder to keep track of my finances.How can I find out which card is being used to pay my bill each month? I would appreciate the chance to make up my own mind instead of the payment being taken automatically.How can I make this happen?

ID MOBILE ACCESSING MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHOUT MY PERMISSION

Last month I clicked on the wrong button several times which meant I was adding several add ons by mistake. Despite requesting that these be removed ID said it was unable to so my bill was over four times the usual amount. I was not happy but thought fair enough, and I was ready to pay this bill on Wednesday and made it very clear that I would do so via my usual method using my debit card.. Imagine my anger, therefore, when upon checking my statement today I saw the bill had been paid via Direct Debit. I had a DD to pay iD once upon a time but for the last year or so I pay online using my debit card.  I live on a very low income and have an overdraft. If for any reason I go over that limit the charges are horrible. It is only pure luck that this unauthorised deduction from my bank account did not incurr these charges.Can anyone tell me how iD can access my bank account without my consent? This is unethical. In fact, I should like to know if this is even legal?

no chat service, have bill question

i paid twice in error in august but am still being billed as if only one payment made. my service has just been turned off today because i am not prepared to pay the requested amount{s} yes, that is right, im asked for one amount on the app but a different amount via text message from Id. ive been with this company for years and must admit its been fine until this pandemic. how is a person supposed to contact them if they cut off your service and there is no chat or anyone to answer a phone.? i live alone, am unwell and need my phone. how am i to sort this? i know i am not alone in this but it is still extremely annoying!

Swapping from Android to iPhone, can i keep my number?

i currently use android and have done since i began using a mobile. this is the first time ive considered using an iphone. a family member is giving it to me for free so it seems a no brainer as my android is ancient. but i would like to know :can i keep my number is it easy to transfer all my data to the new phone will my plan have to change at allany help would be greatly appreciatedmany thankskaren
