This entire help page is a nightmare! I got so much info in the first page I went to I forgot where I was ! Answers are out of date, some 4yrs old so links don't work. Truing yo use filters gives you hundreds of options. How is this helpful to navigate? Seriously I'd, get this organised better. I don't want to get into badges a d crap I'm a grownup and font need to join a club. I just want an answer to a simple question but I'm being bombarded by unhelpful heaps of info instead. Anyone want to tackle this help pprocess is a hero. it's so dense with nonsense I would throw it out and start again.
Can anyone just tell me if id mobile can help me stop getting unwanted text messages or not. My phone helpline is just as complicated. They want me to download more of their apps and get me on a free trial to justask. I mean, what's up eith all if you expert's. Don't you want to help us without putting customers through a marathon every time we need you? It's beyond a joke folks.
Time to start again I reckon. Throw this lot out, it doesnt work.
