OTP texts not coming through from Santander & Halifax. Have worked on previous network but joined ID today & cannot verify.

The telephone number has successfully transported over with the PAC code. My iPhone 11 transported all details onto the new iPhone 13.I had problems registering Apple Pay and Santander said to remove the card and put on again. That worked for phone, not for Apple Watch.This is going to be a massive issue for me if I can’t get my current account up and running.Searched questions and it seems to be an issue but everyone gets a reply saying they will receive a private message response?Please help

Credit rating dispute

I cancelled my contract 2020 just before covid lockdowns began due to your sim card not working in my new device, I had a second sim card emailed to me also but didn't work and after many attempts with your team I cancelled my contract. I received my final bill and when I rang to query it, as I had charge I didn't agree with, your contact centre was closed due to covid and I was directed to LIVE chat online. I tried this Live Chat function many times to try to discuss this query before I would pay, I tried this over the course of a couple months and was on hold on live chat for so long that my session would ‘time out’ and other times it would just say live chat isn't available. I looked online at your community forum to see if maybe it was my computer too slow, but I saw you had many complaints about not being able to get in touch with ID mobile during the pandemic due to contact centre closed and live chat function not working. So I took screen shots to show you when you contacted me.

How do I reach id Mobile to get calls from a landline to my mobile - after activating my new SIM card following upgrading my idMobile tariff - NOT going to voicemail; with a message to the caller that I’m on another line (when I’m not). All other functionalities - calls out, calls to my mobile from a mobile, data use - OK.

I want to return a sim within 30 day cancellation period but website takes me to live chat and then there is no one available. I feel like this is deliberate so that it’s impossible to cancel! If you’re going to move customer service to 100% online you need to resolve this issue. Either have enough agents to answer or remove the need to speak to an agent. Please respond or I will be contacting the ombudsman

phone wont send or receive texts

Got a new iPhone 11 yesterday, all worked fine last night and this morning then all of a sudden texts won't send or receive. It doesn't try to send, just immediately says Message Not Sent. Internet and calls still work. Have tried a lot of suggestions so far any nothing has worked. New to IDMobile and can't believe what I've signed up for, customer service doesn't seem to existing, nobody to talk to, nobody to resolve anything, not even a live online chat to resolve. Ridiculous so far. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks

Monthly to Sim only

Hi my monthly contract comes to an end in November, i can upgrade to sim only through the app. Does this then mean I can keep my current number? Also of I change now do I get refunded for the days left on my monthly contract or best to wait til a week before it is due to end. Do I physically get sent out a new sim or do you just change the mode of current sim?

Why on earth no wifi calling abroad?

No where does it explain why wifi calling does not work abroad. This is absurd. Given you can use whatsapp and similiar it is absurd not to allow wifi calling especially as it would come out of your allowance or be chargeable all be it at the plan rates. Really the telecos need to catch up with technology and come out of the dark ages.SAT

changing to sim only from a contract

My contract is due to end on the 21st September. I would like to change to a sim only deal yet there is no option to do this on the app and I am unable to speak to someone to deal with my problem and keep getting taken to a live chat which is never working. I do not want to be paying for both my contract and sim only deal at the same time. So I want to know how I can set it up to start on the 21st so that I do not continue to pay the £18 for the contract once it’s finished. I want the £6 a month sim only deal with 3GB of data and unlimited texts and calls.

Account suspended

Since corona started, I didn’t have any use for my minutes. My account has been suspended since early May and I keep getting charged monthly. Why do I get charged when my account is suspended? I can’t afford to pay the monthly bills. I’ve been getting letters from debt recovery company and actions will be taken against me if I don’t reply. I keep trying to contact id but call centres are closed and online chat doesn’t exist even though they say it does.
