Charged for SIM not received

id mobile was robbing me for tens of pounds since I put an order online but not receiving a sim card few months ago. I asked for a refund but got denied. I ask to close my account though I didn't know I have one. They still charge me for another month. The fact is I even didn't get the sim card. Its completely no service at all for the money I paid. Moreover it just pissed me off and make me so annoyed of what they did. Anyone has the same problem as mine?

Can't receive messages from some of my friends

When in Spain earlier this year I was unable to receive text messages from some of my friends some of whom were in the same country and others in the UK. I could send a text ok but couldn’t get an answer.

Unable to access my account

I cannot now access my account. I am aware there has been an update and it asks me to reregister *( a pain) but I waited the 9 minutes and started. BUT it will not accept my new password keeps saying Password must not include first name, last name or email. I AM NOT using my first name or last name or email... tried again and again I get the this...Your estimated wait time is 8 minutes.We are experiencing a high volume of traffic and using a virtual queue to limit the amount of users on the website at the same time. Switzerland mobile calls

I understand I need to pay roaming charges for calls and texts when I travel to Switzerland next week and it appears these are capped at £25 maximum. It would seem this cannot be increased so what happens if I reach the limit and need to make more urgent calls.  Can I simply make a payment of £25 to reset the cap to zero. If not can I increase my limit in another way?

Assistance Required Please

Hi - I have just used a PAC code to retain my old phone number when switching from EE to a SIM only deal with ID mobile.Since the switch - calls and text messages from iphones are working, but messages from any other device are not working. I am not receiving messages from websites like gov.uk when it sends a security code. When I go into the phone:Settings > Messages > (iMessage is on) Send & Receive > it shows the number that ID Mobile provided instead of my old, permanent number that is now back in use following the PAC code switch. Can anyone help please? Thank you

I can't register on ID mobile because of incorrect details

I tried registering my account after a few days of my number switching over. I have tried both numbers, deleting the app. I have tried logging in but it says i dont have an account so i try registering but it says my details are incorrect? Im not sure what to do.

Account Set Up Invite

I need my account set up invite email resending to me - it has expired. As a result I cannot log in to use live chat. ID Mobile have created a catch 22 situation where customers are stuck and have to a ask a question on community board - absolutely bonkers! Very frustrating situation. Will never touch ID Mobile again.

Transaction Code from iD

I have not received the original email confirming my order from iD and I need it for my transaction code from them. I am trying to port my old number to my new phone and it won’t let me do it because I do not have that number.Can anybody help please? Neither Mobile.co.uk or iD are helping.

Keep my number but change phone/plan

Hi, my contract ran out ages ago and I’ve only just got round to looking at upgrading. I’ve been looking on USWITCH and there are some amazing deals on there, I want to take out one of the contract deals. my question is how can I keep the number I have now if I take out a new contract on the same network (iD) but a different phone/plan that isn’t brought directly through iD. Does anyone know please? incoming texts and calls not working

Hi I moved from O2 yesterday and kept my number. I can send out texts and calls but I don't receive any. I've tried the useless 'Live Chat' which is just a bot so I would like to know how you actually sort problems out as it's not very obvious.

changed direct debit date and its wrong

Hi please can someone help, going through a separation and had to change my direct debit bank details which seems to of worked fine, at the same time i tried to change my direct debit date that it comes out of my account which is 17th to the 5th, it seemed to of done that but now its showing that the direct debit will come out on the 27th of each month and not the 5th, this is a day before i get paid and really didn't want that?? when i tried to change it said i have to wait until september? can i go back to the 17th anything is better than the 27th now? please help guys can i cant call anyone

Wi-Fi calling keeps dropping out

I have a Huawei P Smart 2019 which is on the list of supported phones for Wi-Fi calling on ID Mobile. Wi-Fi calling also worked flawlessly on Asda Mobile for me.However I have been on ID mobile a few days now, and Wi-Fi calling regularly drops out every few minutes to airplane mode. It usually re-connects to Wi-Fi calling within 30 seconds, but why does this keep happening?I have posted an example video below of one of the shorter drop-outs. I keep airplane mode enabled at home to force WiFi calling (bad mobile reception area).

I need to talk to an advisor and the live chat is not working

I need to talk to an advisor and the live chat is not working. How do I do this? There are no other alternate ways I can find to contact anyone. The delivery address on my new phone is wrong therefore I need to change it. DPD says I need to contact the company sending the parcel IE ID mobile.

New customer sim problem

Hi, I've only recently joined idmobile on a sim only plan and my phone is unlocked but it won't or can't connect to the ID network, yet a tesco mobile and O2 sim card worked fine. I'm only able to use WiFi calling, otherwise it says 'emergency calls only' and 'network registration failed.'Please help.

If I change my plan do I have to start a new contract or dose it just continue on the same contract until the end date for your upgrade 🤔

why are no calls coming through?

No calls are coming through today for some reason?  Any call was going straight through to voicemail… I’ve now turned it off but, still no calls are coming through …very frustrating !
