Archery websites unaccessible

Hello,I can’t access https://thearcheryshop.co.uk/https://www.archeryworld.co.uk/https://www.merlinarchery.co.uk/https://www.archeryworld.co.uk/https://www.bowsports.com/could you please explain how I can access them?when I click on them nothing opens on any browser. But I know they work as they are professional shops and their website works on other internet services. by the way, the option to abandon “phone support” and leave only internet is really the worst and awful.The statement that we get faster support online is a clear lie and a marketing statement. It’s a mix of both the best options because certain people can’t type fast or struggle to use internet properly and on a voice call everything would be easier      www.merlinarchery.co.uk

No 4G signal

I’ve just joined ID Mobile, having swapped over from Sky.  Today, my original mobile number was PAC’d over and, since then, all I’ve managed to receive is a 3G signal, no 4G. I’ve turned the phone (iphone 11 Pro) off and on again, no joy.  I took the sim out and tried it in another mobile, still only got 3G. Are there any settings I can check to remedy this?

Pixel 6 Pro 5G support

Hi,Received my Pixel 6 Pro this morning and so far so good. Once the software patch was installed the device connected to the network and things have gone smoothly.I was in an area covered by the 5G network earlier today and the phone did not switch over and connect to 5G at times even dropping down to H+.Can i just confirm that the 6 Pro is live on the 5G network, i noticed tonight that it appears differently to the 6 on the website with regards to 5G. 6: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/shop/pay-monthly/google-pixel-6-128gb-sorta-seafoam6 Pro: https://www.idmobile.co.uk/shop/pay-monthly/google-pixel-6-pro-128gb-stormy-black Has anyone been able to connect to the 5G network on the 6/6 Pro??

sim cancelation enquiry

I’ve lost my phone but not yet cancelled the sim in it. I have a new sim with the same phone number that I am struggling to activate. Do I need to cancel the previous sim for the new one to work?

PAC Code Problems - Help

Following up from my last post, I need to transfer my old number to the new phone.  I have the PAC code from the old network, but I don’t seem to have an ID Mobile “Transaction ID”, I do have an Order Number that is 9 digits long, however the form responds with the following:We've tried to process your PAC, but there is an issue with the information you've submitted. Please check that you have provided the correct details and try again. I’ve checked the detail and it all looks correct, with the exclusion of not being sure about the “Transaction Id”.Please can you help, obviously I don’t want to disclose account related details in the forum. Thanks, Jason.

DOWNGRADING MY SIM ONLY CONTRACT

Hopefully on November 15th I am flying to USA. If I downgrade my SIM only plan will that be done with my present SIM card or will ID send me a new one? I would prefer to downgrade when I have left the Country so that I have all unlimited while I am still here.

End of contract

My contract with iD mobile is finishing at the beginning of May and I would like to switch to another provider, as I have found a better deal. I’ve read that we need to give 30 days notice to cancel our plan, but there’s no button to cancel my plan on the app - it only gives the option to contact iD mobile (contact centre currently shut so unable to do this). How can I end my contract while unable to contact them? Can I set a date for my contract to finish, so it covers me until the next plan starts?

5G and 4G

I have been with you for 48 hours my signal is shocking and never works. Texts don’t send and calls aren’t working because no signal. I am in the post code area and see this is a huge issue! how can you fix this. What are the refund policies? can I keep the phone contact going but transfer my number over to another provider if I get a sim only deal.will not recommend

Pixel 6 Pro unexpec delay?

Got confirmation that my Pixel 6 Pro was going to be delivered today from DPD but then status changed to "unexpected issue in your area" and I rang DPD who said only iD/Currys could give me an answer as it was on their side? Is it coming? Has it been stalled?

Order Status

Hi,I placed a pre-order for a Pixel 6 on  23rd and have received the order confirmation. It stated if I don't hear from you in 24 hours to come here. So I have come here. I can't find how to find out if my pre-order has passed credit checks etc. The upfront has come out of the bank, however the bank initially declined the payment until I confirmed it was genuine.  I want to make sure this is all complete before 29th so I qualify for the free Bose headphones promotion. I can pm the order number if necessary. Thanks

Missed Payments On Credit File.

I was recently checking my credit history, noticed 3x missed payments from ‘Carphone Warehouse’ registered back in 2017. It was some time ago, but I dug into my email history all was revealed. In In 2017 I purchased a Sim Only ID Mobile account. however the Sim failed to arrive and I cancelled the service within the 14 day cooling off period. No SIM card was ever used or received. I contacted ID by phone to notify them of the cancellation. later I received a letter from them asking for £1.10 payment as a ‘service charge’. I contacted their customer services by FB messenger disputing this payment (no service was ever used and no sim was ever received.) The FB staff agreed that this was incorrect and the charge was refunded. I still have this conversation in my message history. However, now four years later the three missed payments have appeared on the credit file. Obviously unbeknown to me, this fraudulent activity by ID has adversely affected my otherwise perfect credit history. Makin

Cancel Contract before Delivery

I ordered the Pixel 6 yesterday as the 6 Pro was out of stock everywhere and I needed a new phone however I have now seen the 6 Pro in stock elsewhere (still with ID Mobile though).I need to cancel my current order direct with ID (order n.o. 118715960) - it’s not been dispatched or even confirmed yet so I think this should be okay to do but there’s literally no way to do it with the support/help methods other than making a post here.

call length limit

I've just been on hold to the passport office about a very important issue for 1 hour 50, then finally got through to someone. However, before we could finish resolving the issue, the phone hung up because of ID mobile's 2 hour call limit.So now I will presumably be on hold another near 2 hours and just have to hope the issue is resolved before ID hangs up again.This is such an annoying feature and has wasted 2 hours of my time  Is there any way to get around it? What can I even do? What a stupid idea to just disconnect a call with no regard to what it might be for.

Still no sim has arrived

Hi,On the 18th Oct an order for a sim was placed and a conformation email was received stating it was on its way and would arrive in 2-3days.. This has not happened and am unable to create an ID account without phone number..Can i get some support help with this please
