I recently switched over to iDMobile and used the online form to submit my PAC from my previous network in order to port my number over. The iDMobile app says the number transfer is in progress and should be completed tomorrow. However, I’ve received a text message today saying that saying “We have tried to process your PAC/STAC but we ran into an issue -- the iD mobile number, last name or transaction number you entered is incorrect. Please contact Customer Services”. I tried using Live Chat but was unable to talk to an agent. Can an employee respond to this, please?--Diana
I placed an order for my upgrade on Sunday. I got email on Monday to say my order was being processed. Upfront money has been taken from my account but have had no further contact. It’s now showing as out of stock and not due till 26/1Would like more information about my order please
Hi I used to be on a different phone network (plus net) and recently changed to ID Mobile and wanted to keep my old number. So on Saturday I sent for my PAC code from my previous network and sent that to Id mobile. Due to being a weekend it said it would take 2 working days but I received a text saying it would be Today (tuesday) that my number will change to my old number.So its 4:16pm and its still not changed over properly.I can ring people off my id mobile phone with my old number ringing them but I can't receivie calls. It goes straight to my voicemail but with my network (plusnet)Can someone help me please.

My android phone has suddenly stopped sending text messages. One suggested solution is to check the message centre number is correct. Does anyone know where I can find the ID message centre number? Or if there’s another solution?
I upgraded my husbands phone as a gift for him at Christmas and only just realised that I haven’t moved his old number over to his new deal, so I’m paying for his new contract and my husband is still paying for his old sim. I want to keep his old number but use it on his new contract. How do I go about doing that please? Can somebody help me.
I requested to transfer my old number from EE on Friday and was told this would be done on Monday. I received my text on Monday to say that the change had happened and on my app my old number is now listed but when I text/call people it still comes through as the new number I received with my ID mobile SIM card. I have switched my phone off and on again but no luck. Any advice?
For the past month now, the signal and data coverage is shocking. I am constantly losing signal, calls cut off and the internet is ridiculously slow. This has only been in the past few weeks and im not happy. I am paying for a service i get limited use of and cant even speak to someone to rectify this problem. That i think is appalling. If i didn't pay my bill you would restrict my services, yet im not getting what i signed up or paid for. I am also experiencing issues with my phone, loose charge port and othet things. Can someone please advise because when i can speak to someone i will be logging a complaint and requesting some form of refund. Purely due to the lack of communication and customer service. Alot of other companies have closed but are still managing to provide a service. Thank you.
My new phone has only got all details about phone in foreign language can I not get them in English As I don't know anything about this phone .
I've filled out the PAC form 3 times now and also tried through my account but have heard nothing back as has nothing happened. I will not be recommending ID if you don't sort this issue out especially as you have no way of contacting for help to sort this as I've seen lots of people having the same issue. I’m a student and can't afford for this not to get fixed. Please help me.
I cant send texts, receive OTPs for online banking, use my phone in most of my house. This is pathetic coverage. Why does it happen? It isn’t the first time. I’m 76 & shielding I need my mobile to work.
I completed the online form to transfer my number from O2 to id yesterday (Friday 15.1.21) it was morning and still not received any confirmation a message came on the form saying successful but the notes stated a message in 24 hrs, could you advise if this as been received for processing
Got a new iPhone 11 yesterday, all worked fine last night and this morning then all of a sudden texts won't send or receive. It doesn't try to send, just immediately says Message Not Sent. Internet and calls still work. Have tried a lot of suggestions so far any nothing has worked. New to IDMobile and can't believe what I've signed up for, customer service doesn't seem to existing, nobody to talk to, nobody to resolve anything, not even a live online chat to resolve. Ridiculous so far. Any help would be appreciated! Thanks
Hello, As the title re: I downloaded a latest Samsung update for S10 Lite, initially I could call and receive calls, but no texts. Now I have neither services. I waited over 3 hours with live chat and no one came to me. Pathetic customer service. I am presuming it’s due to the Samsung update, although reading the help section there seems to be a lot of other’s in the same boat but apparently it’s possibly an issue with 3?If anyone could help me it would be appreciated. I got an iphone 12 mini mid december. its worked great up until last night. I haven’t been getting any texts through from two factor authentication when I try to log in. Sending texts it just says failed to send. It’s not a number carried over from a previous account or network or anything. Is a new number created for this account in december. I message works and the number on the account in settings matches my number. Edit - i tried the a different sim in the iphone 12 mini and it works fine. i tried my sim in a different iphone and the same issue happens.
Hello there I joined I'd mobile on the 5th January, when I took out my contract I wanted unlimited data I have just noticed that I am on 20 GB of data and is of no use to me is there anyway I can change this today or if not any way of canceling this contract as still in the 14 days Cheers Andy

I filled in the PAC form almost a week ago to have my new ID number changed to my existing number but I still haven’t heard anything. I tried again & it says my request has already been submitted. can someone please contact me to let me know when my existing mobile number will be changed over to my new ID sim?
