3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do?
I live in spain and have recently had problems with incoming calls. I can ring out but no one can ring me. I was wondering if this had anything to do with Brexit?
I have received several emails from your organisation telling me I have exceeded my limit on my phone. When try to contact you the phone does not rcognise my name, my email address, my phone number and often repeatedly requests answers in various foreign languages. Unfortunately I cannot go back to the shop I purchased this phone from owing to the Lockdown so am I being conned into something or is it a problem with my phone?

Hi, I have currently have two phone contracts out with you. One of the phones I haven’t registered online but I need to block the sim due to it being lost. Please can someone contact me on how I go about this as I’m struggling to find a phone number to call but needs to be done ASAP as I’m unsure if anyone has access to the phone and want to prevent a possible large bill. If I change my plan on a pay monthly contract, am i tied in to another contract, or can i cancel with the same notice period as before?
Hi I need someone from customer services to contact me ASAP. I cancelled my direct debit as I have not used the ID mobile sim I was sent at the end of January and I do not want this to effect my credit rating. I have tried numerous attempts to get in touch. The fact you can no longer access a person who connect to someone via live chat is a nightmare. I’ve been trying for weeks now! I just want to cancel my service please.

Hi, I have had a Pay Monthly SIM contract for a year now with ID. However due to money issues want to swap to Pay As You Go. I ordered the Pay As You Go ID SIM and I want to keep my number. How do I do this?
I have no sound on voice calls, dropped out during a What’s App call. Settings appear correct and text works. Is it a problem with the phone or the sim etc?

So, I was too enticed by the amazingly competitive monthly cost of the new iPhone 12 prior to switching to iD Mobile from Three UK, (who I’ve been with for years), without thinking through this one detail. I didn’t think much of it as they “use the same network”. But do they? Because Three has already started rolling out 5G in areas, and when a Three advisor was convincing me to stay the other day, they said you’re going to a network that doesn’t even support 5G yet. But if iD Mobile use Three’s network, will it have 5G in those areas already? And will the average network speed on iD be any different to Three at all? if it hasn’t launched yet on iD, when is if?
If I upgrade to a new sim-only deal, will my current sim deal be cancelled automatically? Or do I need to cancel it myself?

So when I ordered my phone upgrade initially, the checkout promised that it would be sometime in January when it would be in stock and sent to me. I figured ‘Okay, iPhone 12, that’s understandble.’However, now I’ve been told that it won’t be in stock until the end of February but only for the colour that I had chosen.I really don’t care about the colour that much, so would there be a way I could change my order so that I can get my phone sooner?

Hi, i’ve been with ID Mobile for several years now but a few days ago my imessage and facetime randomly stopped working - i get an error message saying cannot be delivered. I’ve disconnected and reconnected to both apps but now it is saying for my phone number that it can’t be activated? I’ve updated to the latest IOS Software, reconnected my network settings and also de-registered from imessage on apple and tried re-activating again. The problem i’m getting is it says waiting for activation for ages and then just says activation unsuccessful. I spoke to Apple and they said they can’t see an issue at their end?My profiles i.e. apple id, phone number is all correct and i’ve also tried taking out the sim and putting it back in.I can send regular texts just fine i’m just unable to connect to imessage or facetime.

I have had multiple accounts with iD mobile. Never missed a payment for months. I have cancelled the contracts on time and contacted iD mobile. Unfortunately they billed me again then report to credit agency for missed payment. I have not received a single email, text or phone call from them to discuss this. I tried calling them after receiving an alert on my credit report. No success after spending hours on the phone. I decided to pay the £3.81. Now i have received another alert again for arrears. This is crazy. How can I recommend a friend or family to subscribe to this company. I hope someone will contact me to resolve this otherwise I will be taking this forward to the ombudsman for poor customer treament.

Getting no internet away from the house. Taken sim out and put it back. Switched phone on and off. Switched airplane mode on and off and still nothing. Been 48 hours now. If I’d known how difficult it was to contact ID I would never have joined. Phone is iPhone 11 and only a month old.
My contract ends in 6 days. I just want to go on a 30 day rolling sim but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I I've tried changing my plan, and it won't let me. Tried to explain in live chat and just kept to go to app or website. Just going round in circles
