3G is being switched off and I can't make calls. What do I need to do?
My contract ends in 6 days. I just want to go on a 30 day rolling sim but don't seem to be getting anywhere. I I've tried changing my plan, and it won't let me. Tried to explain in live chat and just kept to go to app or website. Just going round in circles
HiI purchased a Samsung A41 two days ago. Last night the phone updated and when i have tried logging into the phone to day it will not accept my password. I only use a couple of passwords. I did a factory reset but it still says the same. So i am unable to get into the phone
I cannot believe such a large company such as ID is incapable of manning a simple live chat service. I have been waiting for 2 hours now to be put through to an agent. Having done a quick search on these forums, it’s clear that I am not alone with this problem.If you do not have a live chat service, then don’t advertise that you have one. It’s fraudulent. I am desperately trying to get my number transferred, however this company’s support is useless and it near on impossible to do so.
So I recently purchased an upgrade from my phone through the iD site however I’m not entirely sure if I was logged in when I bought it. Will it still be linked to my account?Also, the phone I ordered (iPhone 12 128GB) said it was currently out of stock but I was wondering when it will be in stock again? It said some time in January when I first checked but when I looked again it said late February so in that case I’d have to re-think some things.
Hi, I got a text message saying that either my number transfer failed due to the entered ID mobile number, last name of transaction number being wrong. These are all correct and I’ve tried twice now with no luck. The online chat says it is closed, even though it should be open until 8pm? I registered with ID on the 10th December, the first SIM card did not arrive at all, the second on only arrived at the beginning of this week and I am still not up and running properly despite paying the first direct debit last month. Please can someone contact me straight away to resolve and get my number up and running. I cannot even access my work VPN without my number so it’s severely limiting me
I received my new phone on 24/12/20, yet still haven’t received my SIM (5/1/21). I put my old SIM in the new phone and sent you a PAC code (several times) yet I’m still on my old network. Zoe
Hi, the last 2 months I’ve run out of data! Last month I had to buy an add on and Today I have had a text saying I’ve used 80% of my data! There have been no significant changes in my mobile usage for me to understand why my data is suddenly being used up way before the end of the month! This month I have been turning off my Mobile Data whilst at work and still I’ve used 80%! Please can someone advise how to sort this or at least what my data is being used on each month! thanks
I would like to set up a new pin for my son. I would prefer it not to have data. Is this possible?I not how do I add a sim to my account and will it have a different phone number.
I requested to transfer my number on Thursday, I did not get a text within 24hrs and it still hasn’t been transferred. There is also lack of support on this website. None of the questions or answers are helping because it’s been 48hrs.
Iv had my phone from ID for over a year now.. personal phone used as back up for work as i work out and about and need good internet connection . These last 4 ish months iv noticed my signal keeps dropping.. Keeps showing H+ on my phone, so rather poor. But before the period I was very happy with the service.. I did see about that time the THREE the carrier network were having issues so i left if a few months to see if it would be resolved. Iv got the Huawei P smart. I try rebooting, turning data on a off.. occasionally works..

Hi there, I have just upgraded from EE to ID Mobile and got the new iPhone 12. My number ported over with no issues but I cannoy get iMessage or Facetime to activate my mobile number. My apple ID works fine but not the mobile number. I get the same message each time (iMessage Activation - an error occurred during activation. try again) I have tried all the hints and tips online but nothing seems to work. I have also spoken with apple directly and ID twice and they cannot seem to fix the issue. They recommended I visit a apple store or carphone warehouse store but I have none of these locally. I need iMessage to work ASAP as I use my mobile for work purposes and is a key feature. Can anyone help or anyone else having a similar problem?
Everytime I message for a pac code you send me an expired one. I need an indate one so I can transfer my number. please fix this problemand get a grip of your shocking customer service automated portals!

I have tried to enter details to register sim and nothing happens. Have also tried to enter details and it won’t let me submit them . Have tried again and again and can’t do this and there is no way to contact anyone for help
Hi, I am eligible for an upgrade, but the online agent said that I had to send two forms of documents to documents@id… however I am not comfortable doing this. As we are in lockdown, I am also unable to visit my local Car Phone Warehouse. Is there anyone I can speak to? Thanks,Jade
I am supposed to pay £34.99 monthly but this time I was charged £50.25. I have downloaded the bill off and thoroughly read it but I don’t see a reason why the bill has suddenly gone so high. Please help me as to why this is the case. Thank you

how do i end my contract, it says when you click “end your contract” follow the instructions but there are none. there is nothing to click apart from cancel which is just to go back to the previous page. how do i cancel the contract
I would like to get an iPhone on ID network. I've recently bought an ipad that has cellular but I don't have a sim or data plan to do this. I would like to know if ID can provide both of these? And if so, can they be from the same plan (the iPhone plan) or would I need a seperate plan for the ipad? Thank you
I have a plan giving me 1GB data, which is generally fine, sometimes 1.3GB or 1.2GB but I had a 4GB add on to deal with the slight monthly increase. However, my latest bill showed 5.55GB usage. I don’t stream videos and only occasionally listen to the radio, so have no idea why the sudden increase. I went through my apps and turned of background data usage on every app.New month new allowance 1GB plus a new 12 month data add on of 8GB for emergencies.Having just checked via my phone settings data usage from 1 Jan to 6th Jan usage = 24.34MB.However, data usage on my dashboard at idmobile website says I have used 4GB.How can this be in only 6 days? Something is not correct.
