Cant register sim or change number

I have tried to enter details to register sim and nothing happens. Have also tried to enter details and it won’t let me submit them . Have tried again and again and can’t do this and there is no way to contact anyone for help

How can I contact someone to find out when my number will transfer over? Sent over the request days ago but not happened and can’t get the chat function to work, it says an adviser never available. I’m stuck. Please help ID mobile.

cancelling contract

how do i end my contract, it says when you click “end your contract” follow the instructions but there are none. there is nothing to click apart from cancel which is just to go back to the previous page. how do i cancel the contract

Ipad cellular

I would like to get an iPhone on ID network. I've recently bought an ipad that has cellular but I don't have a sim or data plan to do this. I would like to know if ID can provide both of these? And if so, can they be from the same plan (the iPhone plan) or would I need a seperate plan for the ipad? Thank you

Data allowance and usage

I have a plan giving me 1GB data, which is generally fine, sometimes 1.3GB or 1.2GB but I had a 4GB add on to deal with the slight monthly increase. However, my latest bill showed 5.55GB usage. I don’t stream videos and only occasionally listen to the radio, so have no idea why the sudden increase. I went through my apps and turned of background data usage on every app.New month new allowance 1GB plus a new 12 month data add on of 8GB for emergencies.Having just checked via my phone settings data usage from 1 Jan to 6th Jan usage = 24.34MB.However, data usage on my dashboard at idmobile website says I have used 4GB.How can this be in only 6 days? Something is not correct.

sim card not arrived but i am being billed for this month

I’ve had emails saying my account and billing has been activated, but still no SIM has arrived. Can I have an update on SIM arrival please?Please can I also have confirmation that my billing will NOT start until my SIM has arrived and been activated. My old contract with a different network is still running. I intended to cancel it once the new sim arrived, but am now paying for the old sim and this new sim that has not arrived.Thank you.

number not recognised

I transferred my old number to an ID seal but the coverage wasn’t great so cancelled within cooling off period. I have now received a text saying my first bill is over £1000, I can’t make any outgoing calls but seem to be able to receive them and use the internet and have just ordered a new deal with 3 who are saying the PAC code doesn’t work. I cannot speak to a real person on ID customer services and an now left without a line for my business

Personalised Voicemail

I set a personalised voicemail greeting years ago on an old phone. It's carried over to every phone I have had since and I can't seem to get rid of it. So embarrassing, I was a young teenager at the time! I have dialled 123 but it says that no greeting has ever been set. I don't want to create a new one, I just don't want one at all. I have a Samsung Android.Please help!

pay a bill of old account dont know Telephone number but have account number

We took a SIM only contract a few years ago for an additional phone. We didn’t need it anymore, but forgot about it. Noticed still paying for the SIM, but dont have phone/SIM anymore. Cancelled DD, as couldn’t find a way to cancel on-line or in app without phone number which we dont remember. Received Final notice bill. Want to pay, but call centre says cant without phone number (account number shown on letter). Tried all our e-mails and dont match. How do we pay?Thanks

Returned iPhone by post - need confirmation

I have sent an iPhone 11 to the returns address which was provided by a member of the live chat team. Was sent signed for and the tracking reference number shows that it has been delivered and signed for yesterday but I haven’t been sent confirmation by iD mobile that it has been received. Will I receive this email soon as I need to know it made it there safely! Thanks,Amelia.

Has anyone else experienced appalling customer service from ID mobile, as a new customer I am extremely disgusted. Chat is hardly ever ‘available’ even during their operating times, I have been disconnected because an agent couldn’t be bothered to assist with my complaint and I have been waiting for call backs that never happen! My original complaint has been raised again because they claim they have sent me an email that I have most definitely not received. This means an extra 7 days is added on to the wait time when i have already been waiting 10 days as they should have contacted me by now with regards to the original complaint. It is an absolute joke paying for a contract I am not using due to waiting for a call back regarding a complaint about the handset. Anyone else had a similar issue or point me in the right direction please? There seems to be no other way of contacting ID other than the chat that is useless!!

Upgrade time S20 plus or P40 pro

I am now due an upgrade, but the phone / phones i am looking at have all been out of stock since December, and my understanding is that ID will not be getting any more in, which is confusing as they are flagship Samsung phones.My question is is the P40 pro worth a look? The camera looks awesome on it, and it has a lot of cool features. Apart from no google services.Is it worth considering this phone over the S20 plus or Ultra

I’ve upgraded but plan hasn’t updated on the app.

I’ve recently upgraded to a new phone, it has arrived with a new sim that has a different number, the app doesn’t allow me to activate it as it says it has been already activated. On the app there also isn’t any new update to plan. I am very confused as I upgraded using the app, I didn’t just buy a new plan.

Calls not working

I can’t make or receive calls on my daughter and i’s phone and it keeps dropping out. I can’t hear the person on the phone and they can’t hear me. I can’t ring to get advice as my phone isn’t working!
