Cancelling my account

Hey I would like to cancel my sim and phone contract without PAC or STAC. Just ending the contract.I can’t do it through your website or app as it says the page is under construction . I have already tried the live chat it constantly tells me to do this through the app which is not working. Please reply back ASAP

Wifi Calling on Oppo A9

Hi, I been playing around with WiFi calling as I get little signal at home. I am on Oppo A9. When I put my phone on airplane mode the WiFi calling and texting works fine, I can be heard clearly.However when I turn airplane mode off it seems that the WiFi calling doesn't come into play. I will usually have 1 bar of signal at home and when I get a phone call it always breaks up. I assume this is because it is using my poor network signal.Is there something I can do so that the WiFi calling takes hold with low signal? Thanks and Merry Christmas!

Can i cancel Sim Only ID Contract if number transfer keeps getting ignored?

I have been trying to contact ID and sending number transfer form and PAC code for over a week and have still had no notification of this being done. Would I be able to cancel my contract with them as I have not received what they promised me as I am currently paying 2 contracts?

Currys gift card with upgrade

Hi I’ve just upgraded my phone package and am entitled to the Currys PCW gift card. After running into problems upgrading, I was being helped through the upgrade by a helpful chap on live chat. At the time he confirmed that I would be entitled to this gift card. I was not able to check the process with him as my chat page crashed and I was unable to reconnect to anyone else afterward   It was not disclosed how this would arrive and from seeing similar posts, expected a card / code or acknowledgment that there indeed was a gift card coming.  Can anyone shed any light on how this is delivered and the timescale please.  Many thanks in advance JaTM

Registering

I’ve had a sim for about 3 years.  I can't remember ever registering it.  Now I am trying to change my plan so need to register.  Every time I try to do it, it sends a code but it says I can't register.   Maybe I have already registers ages ago and have forgotten my log in details but I can't reset anything.Help!

Unable to receive any calls or texts

I submitted a request to transfer my old number over from Voxi using a PAC code. But the number does not seem to have transferred over properly!I am now able to make calls (via my old number) but I am unable to receive any calls or texts at all! It goes straight to voice mail if anyone tries to call me using my old number. Please help.

Text messages say they won’t send

When I send a text my phone alerts me that the message failed to send. However, the recipient of the text receives the same text multiple times (around 4 times). This has happened since i first bought my new phone on a contract with you (iPhone XR). I am receiving texts fine.

Old ID Nokia 6 is it Unlocked or locked how can I unlock it?

I have an old ID network Nokia 6 which I want to give to a family member so they can use their PayAsYouGo sim. We have put the sim in the Nokia 6 and no network is available. Is the Nokia which is well out of contract locked or unlocked?? Your silly chatbot thing has been of know help what so ever. Can you help please.

New Phone and staying with ID

My old phone was with ID and I have a new phone that is also with ID. I want to keep my old number,  when I go onto ID mobile and say that I want to keep my number it says I have successfully ported my number. However, my old number and charges come up,  I would really appreciate what I can do to keep my old number. Thanks

PAC transfer issue - impossible to contact customer service

Hi,I am a new iD Mobile customer, I have set up my account and submitted my PAC code yesterday.I have now received a text saying there has been a transfer issue and to contact customer service.But it seems impossible to contact customer service, the live chat simply does not work and never connects to anyone and there seems to be no way to contact by phone.What should I do?And is iD Mobile always like this? Is it known to have terrible customer service?Thanks

PAC code problem

I HAVE DECIDED TO LEAVE ID AFTER 2 MONTHS. I HAVE ASKED FOR PAC CODE FOR MY NUMBER WHICH I BROUGH WITH ME. THE pac CODE IS THE SAME ONE I USED WHEN I PORTED MY NUMBER TO YOU. IT EXPIRED ON 22/11/2020. I REQUESTED PAC CODE BY TEXT AND APP AND RECEIVED OUT DATED ONE. HELP PLEASE

Can't receive Otp codes

Please can you PM me to help with my problem please. My 1 week old Huawei p30. New edition, is not receiving otp codes. I have spoken to agents and I have been promised support. No fix yet. I see this is a common problem on this forum. Please Please can you help?Posted on this forum 4 times. Still no reply yet. Getting desperate. No banking, no access to medication/prescription app.

PAC not processed

I switch to ID one week ago, PAC provided etc… Still my old number hasn’tbeen transfered. I have raised the issue in 4 occasions through the Live chat (lots of time waiting) and I was assure that it would be fix by yesterday, but didn’t happen.AGAINI also posted a question yesterday in the community but no answer received.When I log into my account states that the number should have been transfered by the 15/12/2020.As I explained in the live chat, I can not acces my bank and otrher services as they are link to my old number. At times of extreme vulneravility, I believe ID is leaving people in a very difficult situation.What can you do to resolve this?

Why are there so many angry customers with failed credit checks. I feel completely conned.  I signed up for your ‘exclusive’ deal which ‘compare the market’ had posted and then had a credit check refusal.  This has never happened to me before I have never been denied a purchase.  What is going on?  This feels like an infuriating waste of time.
