Do I get a new SIM when upgrading to SIM-only?

I’ve upgraded to SIM only but it appears ID is sending me a new one instead? Is there any way to contact ID to check?

Unable to submit application forms just get error messages on various sites. Also unable to send text to number used for charity donations or completion entries.  Please assist

Old contract still active after using STAC

In April, I got a new number from ID Mobile and sent the STAC , but my old provider still hasn’t been notified by ID Mobile and they keep charging me for my old number. I have had to cancel with 30 notice so in total I will need 3 months reimbursement of £15.75 (3x £5.25)

Unable to checkout on the website

Hi, as a new and so far satisfied customer, I have persuaded my partner to switch to you. We have tried multiple times to order a SIM only deal (£8.00, 5GB) on your website and the Carphone Warehouse website. Each time, the payment fails. My partner's bank account is well in credit, she has been with her bank for 10+ years, we have both checked that we have entered the correct details (probably about 20 times!), payments to other retailers work fine. The only clue I have is that when we tried and failed on the Carphone Warehouse website, the screen that was shown immediately after failure included my partner's date of birth, but the year showed YYYY. I completed it again, made sure the year was definitely there, went through the rest of the process but it failed again. Rinse and repeat! Please help, as not only is this frustrating, but my stepson also wants to switch to you. Thanks for your help, Frank

Unable to checkout when purchasing upgrade

Hi,   Im looking to order an upgrade as my contract ends in May. However i get to the checkout page after selecting my phone, enter my card details etc but it says payment unsuccessful. I have updated my billing address to match my bank but still no luck. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks, Sam

I want to cancel

I have had the services for nearly 2 years and the coverage had got worse and worse. 4g and even 3g is poor at best. I wish to cancel my services as it's not good enough for the money I'm paying but when I go through the options it tells me to speak to customer services, but your contact centres are not open.  How can I get this sorted? Slow data connection, download and upload ?

I have been experiencing really poor internet speeds from ID for quite sometime, I'm currently thinking of going back to EE. I live in Stevenage, but work in Swindon and Rugby.

received bill despite cancellations and return

I have returned unopened and unused phone and SIM card, via registered Royal Mail parcel first class( cost me £11) , within the 2 weeks window for new contract. And rather than receiving the £9 pound refund for the deposit paid in advance I have been requested more money as my bill was overdue????!!!! Are we kidding? I am in shock by the poor customer service offered

Changed my plan to 50GB, app is showing 30GB

So i just upgraded my plan to 50gig,the app is saying its 30gig???   Can someone tell me if, after buying the advertised 50gig i am going to instead be getting only 30gig? The app says 50gig as my ‘plan’, but when i go to allowances it says ive only got 30gig?   You can see this in the pictures.

Porting my number isnt working

I've tried to port my existing number to iD mobile. I've entered the PAC code but it hasn't worked. It has been 2 days now. From what  I understand on the website, it should have worked the next working day. Can you confirm what I can do? How long does it usually take to work? I cant use my sim at all right now. Thanks

I gave more than 30 days notice on a rolling contract back in April, cancelled by Direct Debit after another payment came out yet now I received a Final Demand Letter ???

I have paid my outstanding bill but my services are still restricted... can I have them switched back on please as I need my phone for work, this is causing me a lot of unneeded stress, thank you.

I bought a new line instead of an upgrade. Help!

Hi -  my plan  expires 24/6 and I want to move to a SIM only deal.  I thought I was converting my  existing SIM  to SIM only but it appears that via order 111829574 I’ve entered a new contract.  How do I go about cancelling  my existing contract and transferring my number to the “new” SIM only contract  please?

Leaving ID Mobile on a 30 day rolling contract

Tomorrow (20th) is the last day of my contract. I’d like to leave for another provider. If I cancel now, will my service be cancelled immediately? From 21st onwards, is my number going to be destroyed? My new plan with another provider start on 23rd, and I have already got a PAC code. Will I still be able to keep my number?

Broke my phone. Need to upgrade early.

Hi, so unfortunately I have broken my phone and I'm only due for an upgrade in January. Is it possible to upgrade early? I have been shopping around and found some good deals elsewhere, however I would stay with ID Mobile if it was possible to upgrade early.   Thanks, Phil

My current pay monthly plan ends on the 29 June and I want to go SIM only. I’ve seen a deal online for 8 pound per month but this plan isn’t available on my ID app.  Can I have this plan and if so how do I change to it? Thanks Jane

I upgraded from a £5/m contract which ran 7th - 6th to a £22.99/m contract on 3rd December. My December bill charged me £25.36. Why is this please? I presumed a credit would show on my Jan statement but it didn’t.

Is data truly unlimited?

I’m looking to join ID mobile on their unlimited data plan, but im concerned about speed caps etc. I plan on using my phone to tether in the first few months until i get some broadband sorted, is their data truly unlimited with no speed caps when using a certain amount / when using the data in a certain way? I cant seem to find anything that useful online about it!

Need a NEW PAC code please asap

I ported to iD Mobile on 19th June 2020, and since then my number has been DEAD for four days!!! No calls incoming or outgoing, no texts, no data. I can access my account on the app and website, and it shows the number I ported in, and it says the port has been successful. I have turned the phone on and off many times. The SIM does not work in my wife’s phone either, and her SIM works fine in my phone. I did a live chat with iD Mobile on 21st June, and was told that the port was successful and there must be a fault with the SIM, and that they would post me a new SIM. I went to a local CarphoneWarehouse to buy a replacement SIM instead, and the man told me to wait until the end of 22nd June and it would all be fine. It still isn't working. I have missed important calls because my number is lost in the ether for the past 4 days. Porting your number was supposed to be a simple process. Need a new PAC

I ported in to iD Mobile on 19/6/2020 and something has gone wrong. My number still does not work at all (no calls, no texts, no data, anywhere in the city, in any phone). When I ask for a PAC through the app or website I get my ***old*** PAC with the old expiry date. Please can you tell me how to get a new PAC today, so I can move on. Thank you.

Unlimited minutes during coronavirus but now overcharged

My mum received a text that kindly awarded her unlimited minutes on her contract until 11:59pm on 13th June. She then tried to make a call on 15th June and an automated message said she had reached her allowance and also the cap of £3 had been exceeded too. Her 250 minute allowance should not have already been used up, let alone the cap too. Can someone please look into this. Thank you.
