My Pixel 3's battery has died overnight

Yesterday my pixel 3 was absolutely fine. Today it won’t turn on or charge.  I’m half way through a 24 month contract so I’m keen to get it fixed

lost sim and forgot password

Hi   Unfortunately I lost my sim card and forgot a password to my account. I tried to change the password but for some reason it sends the security code to my phone rather than my email, so it is quite useless for me.   Due to C19 it seems that the help center isn’t working so there’s noone I can call to request the sim replacement. I am not sure what I can do, help?    Thanks!

coronavirus sim card help

Hi there, I’ve lost my phone that has my SIM card in it. I’ve tried phoning to replace a sim card but I am getting nowhere, and the car phone warehouse is shut. Is there anyway I can contact someone to replace my sim card?

PAC Code request form not working I need my Number

Cancelling a contract

I’m trying to cancel my 30 day rolling sim only plan. I cancelled my direct debit and was told that a bill was due of £30 I have not used the sim. I have been trying to contact you however due to Covid -19  I have not had much luck. After cancelling my direct debit I then received an email from ID that mentioned that cancelling my direct debit will not cancel the contract and was told to go through ‘My Account’ to end the plan. I do not have access to the account for some reason and am unable to login.  I opened another Sim only account in the meantime and would like to cancel the original.   Thanks

cant recieve calls or texts

Hi ID! I’ve been with this network well over a year. I haven’t been able to  receive calls from certain numbers. They are unable to text me too! For  example my mom can’t contact me she is on an 07 number. I really need  assistance with this as it’s starting to cause contact issues when I  don’t have mobile data. Lost phone, lost account login

Hi,  I lost my phone today and do not have my ID account login details to report it as lost. Obviously the call centre is not open currently. How can I contact ID mobile so they can blacklist this phone and prevent it from being used to make calls or anything, and to cancel my contract? Many Thanks, Rufus (Edit: I have no way of accessing my ID account: when I go to reset password it says that none of my emails are linked to registered accounts, yet when I try to set up an account, it says that I’m already a registered user)

Upgraded in May, MyID still showing old plan that expired in April

My old 2 year contract ran out in April 2020 so I signed up for a new contract in May. I’ve received various email confirmations and my new handset.  But when I log into My ID, my new contract isn’t there in “My Plan” and it still shows my old plan. It’s annoying because it means I get messages asking me if I want to upgrade but I obviously don’t want to now because I’ve already done it!!

Cancelling plan inside 30 day period during covid pandemic

I Purchased a sim only deal at the weekend however the sim is not compatible with the phone so I need to cancel.  I have looked on website which directs me to chat which is not working?  Please advise current cancellation process during Covid pandemic

Wi-Fi Calling not working on Samsung Galaxy S9 bought elsewhere

I have purchased a refurbished samsung S9, love it other than I cant use wifi calling. It worked fine on my previous phone. I have the setting on and by broadband is working. I have tried several suggestions that I found on the net and also took it back to where I purchased it from. They tell me I need to get IDMOBILE to reset something. Given the call centres are closed how do I do this? Thanks

You'll need to change this password when you log in at three.co.uk/my3   I have been with 3 for about a year now and just reserved this. is it a scam? I haven't shard any information about me or changed my password on the link they sent did anyone else get this text?

Using a Sim only with an existing contract

Hi I have brought a new phone and would like to use my current contracted SIM in it as the contract doesn’t run out until October.  I then want to give my current phone to my son.  As this phone has a contract on it until Oct, can I buy a ID Sim only and use this in the phone, whilst using the contracted Sim in my new phone?
