Why does the app not allow me to update my direct debit information?

Hi, Through your most ‘prosperous’ app created, I cannot do either of 2 things: I cannot pay the bill manually nor can I update my direct debit details. I’m absolutely appalled and disgusted, especially since it says my ‘due bill’ is £109.20 which is beyond ABSURD, there is NO WAY of contacting any agent and speaking to them and I don’t know what to do. I called the automated payment service and, as I was aware, I am up to date with all my bills and payments for you. So, what is the issue? Why does it say I have a balance due which is £109.20 when I don’t and I cannot make a manual payment OR update my direct debit information?

I have always had very poor connectivity with your network. For approximately 6 days now I’ve had no network connection.. When trying to call someone, I keep getting the message ‘not registered on network’ to all of my contacts. I am not amused

Interference [Piano/Electronic Noise] on Calls

Morning For about 3 weeks, possibly longer, I've been being told that when i’m on a call that i’m introducing electronic noise/interference on the line, especially if it’s a teleconference call, and even if I mute myself on my handset ( Honor 7s), my line is still causing a problem and i'm having to be muted by the organiser at their end. I’ve got 4 out of 5 bars of signal strength at all times. It appears worse when using Skype for Business Dial-in teleconferences, but has also been reported when I dial in to Cisco Webex and GoToWebinar, and Loopup calls. I’ve reached out to Customer support this morning who have send out a new SIM, but I have little hope that that will actually fix the problem. struggling to pay my bill

My bill is outstanding and I'm struggling to pay the bill at the moment due to the Covid-19 as I'm in isolation, its not affordable to pay the bill at the moment,buying food shopping which has increased more with my children being at home 24/7 as there not in school till September now ,so more meals are being prepared. As my phone as being restricted and cut of I am now unable to be in contact with my family as I can't t just go an visit now for a while,and it's hard enough not being able speak to them properly. So I'm just wondering if I'm able to get any help with my bill. we are all in the same situation and dealing with some life changing circumstances hope all is ok and staying safe. Still being charged after disconnection

I’ve asked to disconnect my data only plan at the end of March. The website says “a disconnection is pending” but I’m still being charged for my April bill and produced a bill for April to May. I’ve tried to contact customer service via chat but apparently I’ve failed data protection even if all the info I’ve provided are correct (they’re my personal info.. and I even checked it against the My Account section of the website). I’ve been asked to send copies of my documents to an unsecured email address which I’m not going to do. I’m having an awful experience, and not being able to call the customer service nor chatting is not helping. How can I verify my cancellation is happening?

Apps no longer accessing data

I've played certain games for the whole duration of having my phone, pixel 2 XL As of a few days ago no apps that require internet other than Google apps will connect. My internet speed is slow and not loading various sites, and my hotspot has became very unreliable. I have unlimited data so don't understand why I'm having these problems and why they've occured only in the last few days Please advise as im barely able to use it

Can I transfer my number internally? Why did my bundle expire after 1 month?

Well actually my son’s on my recommendation, now I feel a fool for recommending something rubbish (although I’ve been happy with ID for a few years, and got my wife on the same deal too, maybe we need to reconsider now). He’d signed up but got it wrong, bought a PAYG SIM rather than the £6 pay Monthly I’d suggested He realised the error when his £15 credit ran out after a month with only very light usage (not how I thought PAYG worked anyway). We’d taken a look on the website and found something that said can’t convert from PAYG to Pay Monthly so we thought, start afresh with a new SIM on Pay Monthly. Why is my old number showing up when I send a text or make a call?

I have ported my number from an old iPhone, but it does not appear to have worked properly. Some calls and messages are still going out on the number that came with the phone before I ported the number. This is causing great distress and loss of business. And there is nobody to talk to about it to get it sorted. I would have thought that a mobile operator would be able to have staff available to work from home!?! Really starting to regret my decision.

Since yesterday (23/6) my signal has been completely flatlining. Turning the phone off and on brings it back -- to one bar. I can’t find any reports on the internet about a 3/ID outage. Has anyone else in the Edinburgh area had this issue?

I have cancelled the Direct Debit as I have not had the phone or SIM since November last year. I paid the 24 months but have now received Final demand. I want to pay the outstanding amount and cancel the contract but cannot get in touch with anyone. Please advise asap
