How can I be sure that the pay monthly contract I buy supports Wifi calling.  Why is it not mentioned anywhere?

Keep getting Expired PAC Code

Hi, I need to transfer my number due to signal issues at home and at my office but every time I request a PAC Code I get an expired one. Can a PM please advise how to get this sorted?   Thanks

lost sim

My son has lost his phone with sim so I need to cancel sim and order new one please I have never set up a I D Mobile account so when I am trying it sending code to my sons lost phone I have contacted Carphone Warehouse and cancelled phone but they said I need to cancel sim with you and order replacement can you help please

Upgraded but was issued new contract instead

Hi,  I just upgraded my phone via the app, but looks like they have issued me a new contract instead, and I'm now paying two direct debits.  Since I can't contact customer services, what do you think is best to do? If I wait until the customer service centre is reopen, will they refund the extra I have paid? Many thanks!

ID Mobile doesn't change to my old phone number

I asked my previous mobile phone operator for the PAC number, and although I have tried several times to indicate ID Mobile to keep my old phone number, nothing has worked properly, until the point that my PAC number is going to expire (after 30 days). I am in a situation in which I am received important phone calls and it is very confusing for people, some of them phoning me to my old and others to the new number. I am very dissapointed with ID Mobile. Please, could you change to keep my old phone number?

I’ve paid my bill this morning, it’s paid late. But my services haven’t been put back on yet. Can’t get through on the phones it says they aren’t working. And the live chat isn’t working just says unavailable pls help

Hi,   I’ve tried every method you offer to cancel the pay monthly contract for 07853652798 and no luck. I even sat on chat for 40 minutes with no response. Please advise as I’d like to cancel this contract asap. Chris.

I need to end my contract

Hi there,   I’ve been quite satisfied with the service so far, and I’m considering taking out another plan in the future, though my contract will be ending soon, so for the moment I’d like to end my contract.   I’ve tried the 7777 number which went nowhere, and the Live Chat isn’t working, could a someone please contact me regarding this matter?   Thanks, Justin M

Charged extra for out of plan text incorrectly

Hi, I have been charged an extra £4.50 this month for a text message which on my bill was stated as "out of plan charges." However, when checking the actual message I was charged for, it was a message that an unknown number sent to me and not a message that I sent. Therefore I want to know why i was charged this amount when I didnt send the message.

Reolacement SIM during Covid.

Hi, I urgently need a replacement SIM card after mine went dead 4 weeks after an upgrade. I cannot contact in Twitter or Facebook and have been directed here.    Understand all call centres are closed, is there any way to do this?    I have relatives in isolation with whom I need to be in frequent contact with.    Cheers.

Sim Card hasnt arrived?

Hi, I’ve had a letter on the 24/04/20 confirming the set up of my direct debit. However I am yet to receive my SIM card. Due to Covid 19 safety measures I cannot get in touch with anyone to help solve this issue! I am being charged for a SIM card that I haven’t used.

Can't access various websites when using mobile data

Wierd glitch but when I use mobile data to access the internet the phone won't access most sites I want to use and just comes up "error timed out" after a while.   What's more the issue is totally random, news sites, entertainment sites, forums, some will access, some won't.   I tried turning the adult content filter on and off but it made no difference (and none of the blocked sites are adult anyway). What could cause this?

Phone bill has more than doubled since Feb

My phone bill has gone from £10 per month on a sim only to £24.99. Unlimited mins, unlimited text and 8GB of data. I need to get this sorted and refunded other wise I will terminate my service with ID

service not reinstated

After a direct debit payment failure my service was removed.  I then payed the bill through the app And received a text telling me my sim would be reactivated within 24 hours. It’s been several days now and I haven’t received a text and still have no service. I did receive a notification in the ID app saying it has been reactivated but I still have no service. Can anyone help me please?

outstanding bill and cancellation

Hello i have had a letter saying my bill is due and when ive tried to pay it over the phone im told my account is up to date. also ive tried to cancel my account a couple times and i keep getting told it will be cancelled at the end of the month only for it not to be.

iphone 11 screen intermitten failure

The touch screen on my iPhone 11 seems to stop working in certain areas of the screen. I have the latest version of iOS and the only way to fix it seems to be restart but sometimes it’s so bad I want to chuck it out the window!! I have closed down all apps and it still doesn’t resolve it. I struggle to unlock it as it doesn’t recognise half the key presses. Very frustrating. Had it since October so I assume it’s under warranty. Can I just get it replaced? Thanks!

Can i cancel my sin only plan but keep my number active?

Hello. Is it possible to cancel my sim only contract but keep my number active so I can still receive texts? I am currently in Vietnam an with the current Corona outbreak have chosen to stay here for a few months.  I don't want to be paying for a plan I am not using but also need my number active to be we to receive texts for other services and accounts such as banking when they ask for a code to be sent to my phone.  Thank you
