activating new SIM

In January I changed plan and received a new SIM card but was told I didn't have to use it. Yesterday suddenly I received an SMS telling me my new SIM would be activated and thus would take 24 hours. It has been over 36 hours and I have no connectivity yet. Can this be solved asap please?

I don’t understand, I’d paid my bill via the app On the 22nd as nothing was showing coming out of my bank balance on mobile banking for it to show a pending transaction today saying that IDmobile are trying to take another £20 today, I’ve looked at my bill and no extra charges

Change of plan

I have just changed my plan online as my current one ends on 6th June. I have moved to a £6/month sim only. I have has an email telling me that it is being processed but on the order it tells me I have to update my direct debit?? Nothing has changed so why do I need to update anything? Also am I going to be charged for the £6 and for the next month of the previous contact when my allowance updates on the 1st of the month? Thanks Luci

Sim only never activated or used. Account cancelled still getting emails.

I ordered a sim only sim card from you. I never used or registered it and cancelled before it arrived as it was delayed in getting here. I chatted online with one of your agents who cancelled the account for me. I am still getting emails saying my bill is ready etc. The account was never used so there should be nothing to pay or refund. I have no wish to set up an online account just to sort this. In order to ensure you don’t take any money from my account I have cancelled the DD. Please just cancel the account and remove my details from your database.

I’ve been using Quidco for cashbacks on my purchases over the last few months. I’ve found that it supports iD, is there anyway to implement it so I get cashback every month that I’m charged on my plan, or is it not a thing?

Ending my Plan

I’ve been trying to end my plan for some time now and I don’t want to keep paying my monthly fee. I’ve got a new sim with a different provider, I wanted to take my number with me but the PAC code I was given didn’t work, so guess I’ve just accepted that I’m gonna have to stick with my new number. Now I can’t seem how to end my plan, I’ve followed all the advice I’ve found on the community page. I’ve texted both PAC and STAC in any attempt to just end this plan, I’ve also gone onto my account and tried to follow the link to end my plan but it’s just taking me round in circles, I don’t know what to do, please help!

End of phone contract

My 24 month phone contract ends on 6 May 2020. I am happy with my phone and wish to keep it, also wish to keep my current number and move onto pay monthly SIM only contract. Tried to do this on line instead I have ordered and received a new SIM card. I have not activated new SIM. Don't know how to proceed as cannot make any contact at all on chat line. Any advice appreciated.

Hi, since getting my iPhone 11 Pro last month, I have found that I only have 1 bar for network coverage, people are trying to ring me and their call gets cut off and my phone doesn’t even register the call. Your help would be much appreciated. thanks Jules

Signal Issues

Hi all As of last night I have had a massive signal drop on my mobile the signal has gone completely so I cannot receive or make calls. Im in the Herne Bay area of Kent CT6 8NX. Existing customer moving to New contract

Hi, I am existing customer £34.99/month x 24 months contract but want to buy new iphone SE with for £37.99/month x 24 months contract , so , what to happens if bought new SE phone . Do I have to pay monthly existing £34.99 and new £37.99 for both contract? Or Will the previous contract be automatically terminate ds with new contract? Faulty Handset

I have had my Samsung handset for less than a year, and about two months ago it started playing up. The screen is not displaying properly, it keeps opening apps without me even touching it, keeps redirecting me when I don’t ask it to, and has a faulty keypad to name just a few issues. A hard restart has not worked, nor has a simple restart. I have been unable to take it to a Carphone Warehouse to be looked at due to the lockdown, nor talk to someone at a call centre because of this, yet am still paying my monthly bill for a faulty phone. Could someone please direct me towards help, as the problems are getting worse, and it is very hard to use in its current state.

Cancellation

last month I rang to cancel my account and was told this was fine successfully although I had to pay the rest of my contract which is fine. However I'm still receiving billing emails for the original amount of my contract. I can't get through to anybody to confirm my account has been cancelled and I do not want to continue being charged as I have a new contract with another provider. Need somebody to look into this ASAP

Wifi / Sim problem

I have an iPhone XS Max and I’ve been with iD for 3 years now. the past few months I’ve been having a random issue with the WiFi on my phone which I’ve had to toggle on and off just to get things to refresh or load. There’s been no WiFi problems in general with my other devices. in some cases my calls fail and drop but I thought it was just from one part of the house. Now, none of my calls will go through or come in at all. ive reset my phone 3 times, reset the network settings, toggled the airplane mode, WiFi and mobile data. The call doesn’t even say failed it just shows a blank calling screen with no ringing. Other people who call me say it rings but doesn’t go through. Yesterday I removed and re-inserted my SIM card which made it work but the problem reappeared and I don’t even notice until l try to call someone so I don’t even know if anyone is trying to reach me. I did the same thing today and it’s working so it must be something with my sim? I also called #31
