My contract ends soon, and I want to leave and keep my number. The website says to do this and get a PAC, I must ring 7777, but it’s shut. Please help.

disconnected calls when notifcation appears

Hi I’ve been in touch with Apple who have suggested I contact you.  When in the middle of a call and a notification comes in the call disconnects. Please advise?

Changing number for iMessage and FaceTime

Hi,   I’m having problems changing my number in my settings back to my old number. I have tried the recommended options below and nothing worked.   Settings > Profile (top option) > Name, Phone Number, Email > (check your number is correct in there)   Another way to sometimes get the iPhone to refresh and properly be reporting the correct number is as follows: Turn off the phone, and remove your SIM card. Turn on the phone (with no SIM inserted) and leave the phone on for 4 or 5 minutes or so. Turn off the phone and re-insert the SIM. Turn on the iPhone and hopefully things will have refreshed correctly there.   I also tried to de-register the number from iMessage with Apple, but the verification code wouldn’t come through.   Please help

Contract Change

Hi, I had a two year contract with ID which expired on 02/05/2020. Instead of goin for an upgrade I went for a sim only contract. I followed all the steps and entered my bank details and confirmed the contract. It said on screen that new contract will start from 2nd of May however I did not receive any confirmation email or text message. Now I got charged the price of the original contract I had, which is douled the amount of the new contract.   I would like to ask for a refund. Please advise me how to proceed further as I don’t want to end up with two contracts which has happened with another service provider and I had to leave them for good. Please suggest some good sim only contracts.   Thank you.

phone suspended

My contract ended on the 11th of April, I tried contacting ID but all their call services were out of use and I tried to end my contract online however that did not work so my only option was to cancel my direct debit. my account has been suspended which I get why but why are they still sending payments out? Even though they've suspended the account!!!!!

Samsung Fault

I’ve always logged in via a work computer, and can’t seem to input the correct user name and or password from home. My phone is a Samsung  SM-J33OFN and this morning just went black, won’t restart or charge, it’s died. I’m unable to log onto my account as it wants to send a security code to my number, which obviously isn’t working. Does anyone know either how to do a hard reset on my phone, or how to have my user name and password sent to the email they have on file so that I can log in as I’m due an upgrade anyway. Thank you for your assistance.

Additional sim needed with same phone number for second phone

I am currently on a contract with a smartphone. I have bought a “dumb” phone and want to use this some of the time, with the same number. Can I get an additional sim from ID (standard size) to keep in the dumb phone but still keep my current sim in my smartphone? N.B. I would not use both phones at the same time, but alternate between them depending on need/piorities. Is this possible?

Cannot log on for the first time using the app

The app wont let me register as it says my details are incorrect. The phone number is correct,last name,and the date of birth. I have tried both the I'd mobile number and my old number which I changed over. Neither are working.  Not sure what else I can do?

been charged for calls when still have minutes left!

So I've been using more minutes than usual (partner lives in separate house so not seen him for 7 weeks now) I've bought add ons and dashboard says I've got 876 minutes left, I've just made a phone call to him and it's it's used my £5 cap and then cut out! When I try to ring any number my phone tells me I've reached my cap...how? I have minutes, data and texts all left and now it's taken £5 for a short phone call!

Hi, my son got a text this morning saying he'd used 80% of his bill cap limit. I control the account and after checking everything in the app he's well within all his limits. He's only 15 and this has made him very anxious.  Any one able to help?

I have seen advice for similar query where told to go to my a/c, change plan....but that doesn't give the option of changing to a SIM only plan. So could you indicate exactly how to do this. Thanks

Number spoofed

Hi! I believe my number has been spoofed. I've had two calls in 2 weeks following up on a "missed call" from my number, despite me never calling them or having any contact. I'm wondering how I go about having my number changed - am unhappy about the prospect of having to spend £25 to fix something that isn't my fault. Anyone have any insight?

Terrible connectivity on data/voice

Team,   I am sick of iD Mobile’s subpart coverage. From 2 cases where I had NO data or calls in Europe to the irratic signal in “Good Outdoor/Indoor” coverage areas. Your technical assistance only wasted my time and contradicted itself several times in the 2 instances.   You are flat out the worst network I have been on. The amount of grief I have gotten from bad signal or no data exactly when I needed it defies belief.   Sort it out!

31-60 Days Collection Campaign Email overdue Bill

I have just been sent a 31-60 Days Collection Campaign Email for an overdue bill, I don’t know the account number that was in the email and there was no mobile number attached, I only own 1 sim from ID and this bill is paid monthly I’ve tried to log in with the email address given and requested a new password to see what this is for but the login page requests a mobile phone number which I do not have, I’m worried my details have been stolen !
