faulty charger

I have just received my upgrade, Samsung a71, there is an issue with the charger. Not sure if it’s the lead or plug, the phone will charge using a different lead when connected to a computer. How do I go about getting a new charger? Thanks

s10e charging port not working

Hi, I have a Samsung Galaxy s10e on contract from 03/12/2019 so just over5 month old. The charging cable will now not go into the charging slot, I have tried other cables and have the same problem. Can someone advise please if I need to send the the phone back to Carphone Warehouse or do I need to contact Samsung directly. Thanks for any advice given. Eri

DPD say they have lost my parcel

DPD has said they could not provide any support until I'd mobile contacts them. My new phone was ment to be delivered today but hasn't I've contacted DPD and they said my parcel was last scanned on the 16th but nothing since and will not investigate it until Id contact them how am I ment to go about this if all the call centers are shut?

I need a PAC code urgently!

I have a Samsung Galaxy A3 on idmobile. Unfortunately it’s now beyond repair so my only contact with you is via email. I want to cancel my existing contract with idmobile and go to GiffGaff, keeping my existing number which is 07971 625999. GiffGaff need a PAC code before I can go any further - asking for one on idmobile.co.uk give me a verification code which I get and enter and show various details where they are supposed to email me but nothing further happens and I have now waited for a day! All I need is a PAC code!

Upgrade phones and costs confusion

I was wanting to upgrade my phone. On Saturday evening I was browsing on line and saw a suitable deal - an iPhone 7 with unlimited minutes, texts and 2GB data. It was £22.99 a month. I then looked on my phone and saw the same deal for £20 a month. I had already ordered the other upgrade, could find no way to cancel so ordered the second one as well figuring I could send the first phone back. Both arrived today with the same order number the delivery company. I could either accept both or return both. I didn't want to be lumbered with an extra expense per month, so refused both and they are on their way back to you. Now I don't have a new phone, and the upgrade offers have been removed from my account and I have been put on the new contract. I want a new phone so what do I do?

New phone registering SIM and cancelling old contract

I have just received my new phone. I have tried to register the new SIM on line. I have put all the correct numbers in, but after pressing the I am not a robot icon, I am receiving a message to say that my request to update a SIM cannot be processed due to difficulties with the system. As the call centres are closed and contact us system is not up and running, I cannot get hold of anyone to cancel the contract on my old phone. So I am worried that I am paying for the both contracts. Both phones are with ID mobile. Any advice much appreciated

I have changed my tariff and been charged more than I was expecting. This seems to be down to a pro rata pay in advance - but does this mean the overcharge will be refunded in the following month? Because if not I don’t think they’re method is fair.

Why has bill increased?

Last June I entered £15.99 a month contract for 2Yrs. For the last two months I have been charged £16.42. There has been no additional charges on my bill and I can't find communication from ID explaining the increase. Can you help please.

Paid bill in full but have services restriced

I paid my ID mobile bill last month in full, however 3 days ago i recieved an email title 31-60 days collections and a text message to say my services have been restricted. So at moment i cant call text or use internet. Spoken to customer services who acknowleded there was an error. However 3 days later still cant use my phone. Ive got my next bill due to be paid next week however am a bit begrudged to pay it whilst my connection is off, also though i dont want to go down the whole them chasing for money as their side seems very automated. Any thoughts on next steps to take?

No network with new phone

I upgraded my daughter's phone last month. She get a 'network unavailable' message. I have tried manually connecting, and have tested the SIM in another phone - it worked. The coverage here is very good and the problem persists at home and away. Another sim in her phone didn't work either so I assume from all this that it's a handset problem. Do you have any ideas of anything else we could try or shall we return the phone for a replacement?

I would like to write off my handset from my monthly plan

Hi, I would like to write off the monthly handset charge from my current plan. I currently pay £18.47 monthly for 500min, 2GB data and unlimited texts. This contract ends on 19/5/20, this Tuesday, so I will have paid the price of the handset in full. Does this mean my monthly plan will automatically reduce to only include the price of the data, minutes etc. or will it still automatically charge me extra for the handset, even though this will have already been paid for in full? I can not find an option on the app for this, so I assume it automatically drops it from the monthly rate? Thanks Kian

Moto G8 plus - black screen on boot - who looks at it please under 6 months old

My wive’s new (about 3mth old) Moto G8 plus now won’t show anything on the screen. We just get a black screen of nothing, but the fingerprint sensor makes the phone vibrate - as does holding the power button. We’ve fully drained it a few times and recharged for 15m+, all to no avail. Seems like the screen has died? Seems it needs looking at under her warranty. Being mail-order, what do we do please? I think we need to take it to a Carphone Warehouse, correct? Is Carephone Warehouse the way to get it looked at under warranty? Assuming so, how do we get this investigate at the moment please? I guess we just need to wait for our local store to reopen (in some way)? Or have alternate processes been put in place? Thanks for any thoughts offered. Regards Robert

Apps wont work on mobile data

Hi I've got a problem with my Sony Experia z2 when I'm using mobile data I can't use certain apps I've reset my phone to factory default still no luck tried the logging in and out of Google aswell no luck also granted every app unrestricted data they will work fine on WiFi reset apn and network settings
