emergency calls only

i added extra data this afternoon and my phone is emergency calls only since?

Hi Pearl,

My phone continues to say “not connected to network” a neighbour who uses id has no issues.

i upgraded my account in February, so it is a brand new phone and sim.

There is no debt on the account, and the account was updated yesterday to unlimited calls and texts and 5g of data.

i have tried multiple ways of fixing the fault apart from factory reset.
