I’ve always logged in via a work computer, and can’t seem to input the correct user name and or password from home. My phone is a Samsung  SM-J33OFN and this morning just went black, won’t restart or charge, it’s died. I’m unable to log onto my account as it wants to send a security code to my number, which obviously isn’t working.

Does anyone know either how to do a hard reset on my phone, or how to have my user name and password sent to the email they have on file so that I can log in as I’m due an upgrade anyway. Thank you for your assistance.
