How do i cancel a mobile ID Contract by talking to somebody

I've reached my 24 month contract and now are being charged £36 monthly roll on getting same minutes and data for same price. I have got a new mobile ID contract and would like my old one cancelled. Its in my mother's name atm though as my credit rating is poor

Your mother needs to contact iD Mobile and provide them with the required notice. She can do that here.
