Last 2 weeks I'm trying to get in touch with live agent to close iD mobile account for my deceased husband. He passed away recently. Every time I go though the bot chat I'm unable to connect with a live agent. All the time I get message 'sorry we don't have available agents try again later'. No matter what time a day I try this message is there. As a next of kin I'm responsible to close all my husband's accounts and I'm unable to do it here!
Could you provide me with email address or correct contact with live agen, please?

If you start a Live Chat type “talk to a person” in the dialogue box to bypass the roundabout of questions and connect with an agent. Please be aware that the agents connect to many chats at a time and so it may take a fair while to start a chat and even to get replies to your chat. So I suggest you start a chat where you have sufficient time to get through the process.
To contact them for Cancellations: Call 0333 003 7777 and select option 2.

Unfortunately, I am still unable to reach the agent, either through chat or by phone. Given the circumstances, I do not know my husband's iD Mobile number, as he changed it in the last month of his life. The only information I have is from his bank statement, which leaves me stuck with automated responses on the iD Mobile helpline, while the chat support is constantly unavailable.
I really don't need this added stress.
