I can't condem this company enough. Brough new phone and contract with id,  fine to start then troubles began, when I go away to Huntington I have nxt to know signal at all, keeps dropping Internet and quality of calls horrendous. 

Believe it or not I was informed by member of staff at car phone warehouse that it's because my phone is out of its usual area and that's why I have connection issues lol lol lol. Heard it all now.

Then today complete blackout of all services I hope I'd is going to give compensation for thus lol lol lol.

I would not recommend this company 2 my worst enemy let alone friends or family. 

Can't wait to get out of this contract.  Anyone else feel the same ???

Yesterday, we did have a national outage but now customers should now be able to make and receive calls and text messages as normal. If you're still experiencing issues, please try restarting your phone. We cannot comment on compensation at this stage, sorry about that.
