I upgraded from an iD sim only contract to an iD phone contract so kept my old phone number. With my new phone they sent a new SIM card. I put the new SIM card into my new phone and activated it on the iD app on my new phone. It’s been a day and I still can’t send or receive text messages. My old SIM card is still in my old phone should I take it out? On the iD app it says I successfully ported my old number to my new phone.
