Hello, my ID mobile app stopped letting me log in so i cleared the app storage and cache.

Now when i open the app and click "Get started", it opens a browser window with the error "Your connection is not private" and i can't continue. 

I've tried restarting my phone, accessing the url in a private browsing window and using a different browser but it's the same. 

Can anyone help please? I need to change my spending cap before i go on holiday and can't find this option if i log into the ID mobile website.

Please try the following:

 

  1. Re-clearing cache/cookies
  2. Via different browsers
  3. Via incognito mode on the browser
  4. Via the app
  5. Via different devices

 

If none of the above work, please do let us know.
