still no transition for my old nr

Hi I have transferred from 3 to id my nr supposed to be changed on 20th May I have a massage that is saying that transition has been completed but I still don't have my old nr can someone help me with this

    Yes I did this few times on my app nr is transferred but when I am checking it on my phone is still wrong nr

    When you go into settings, is your phone number showing the iD number or the correct phone number please?

    I don't have esim cards they both micro cards
