Hello... I bought new mobile phone and want to insure it. The insure company wants me to register it with my network provider which ID is. How can I do it?

iD Mobile customer service is correct when they tell you that once you insert your SIM card into the phone, the network will have the IMEI of the device. The IMEI is also sent to the network every time you make a call or send an SMS. If you ever make a claim on your insurance, you will be asked for proof of purchase, proof of usage and proof of barring (if lost/stolen).iD Mobile can provide you withproof of usage and proof of barring but as you didn't obtain the phone through iD Mobile they won't be able to provide you with proof of purchase.
